Hi everyone, I’m a total newbie when it comes to indoor plants, and I’ve just brought home a small olive tree that I thought would be perfect for my sunny living room window. But now I’m second-guessing everything because I’ve read a few things online that confuse me-some say they’re great indoors, others warn about them dropping leaves or not fruiting right. Can anyone clarify if olive trees can really thrive as houseplants year-round, especially in a dry apartment with central heating? What about watering-do they need special soil to avoid root rot? I’d love some beginner-friendly tips on keeping it healthy without it turning into a sad stick! Thanks so much for any advice.
